Why I want to serve church leaders and their families

The church can be only as healthy as its leadership; my heart of hearts desire is for the church to be a healthy body (starting with the leadership) so it can serve wounded people in a more compassionate way, as well as model healthy individual and corporate relationships. I would love to see the church rise again as an awesome force of health, safety, and compassion in our culture.
